Count without a column

Need help please. I have created a measure which calculates efficiency %. I want to count rows with efficiency say less 50%, how can i do it?
I dont want to add a new calculated column for efficiency as file is already 160 mb and dont want to increase the size further. Thank you in advance for help

You may refer to the following measure.

Measure =
COUNTROWS (
    FILTER ( SUMMARIZE ( Table1, Table1[Column1] ), [efficiency] < 0.5 )
)

I dont want to create a column.... i dont have a column with the efficiency %. It is there as a measure
