Count the number of times unique words in a column occur in a text column in a non related table

I have two tables.

 

Table1 which has a column with sentences, Sentences

 

Table2 which has a column with unique words, UniqueWords.

 

I want to know for each word in UniqueWords in Table2, how many times they occur in the column Sentences in Table1.
