Hello,
I have a matrix set up. I have row and column totals which are fine. My row is a text value. I have a bunch of slicers attached to it to filter the displayed items.
How do I get a dynamic row count of what is currently displayed in the matrix?

If you have a single field in the Rows section of the Matrix, you can use a MEASURE like
Measure=COUNTROWS(VALUES(TableName[RowField]))
