I may have taken the wrong approach but the end goal is to pull patient demographic data from 5 different tables of data which represent programs we offer. I created a Custom ID column in each table that consist of the Patient Last Name and DOB. I then Linked the tables by that field. I need the following:
I may need a new table as this is not a true star schema situation...
