The Total MEASURE has 2 versions both of which should work
PPC = DISTINCTCOUNT ( 'Table'[Invoice] )
Total PPC = CALCULATE ( [PPC], ALLEXCEPT ('Table','Table'[Sector]) )
Total PPC Alt = CALCULATE ( [PPC], ALL ( 'Table'[Product], 'Table'[Invoice] ) )
