I'm trying to develop a measure that shows how many calls a user could've, but did not, answer.
I've had this work successfully using calculated columns. And looking at only a single user at a time to boot. But I'd like to avoid that if a measure is possible.
Here is the relevant .pbix file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gwRxFarQDtMzDlT6DO3KDcuBJGjPJwmi/view?usp=sharing
Let's say we are looking at user 'Jessica' and want to know how many inbound calls were not taken by that user when they were not busy with any other call type. One last requirement, is that Jessica is associated with Location 1 and only Location 1 inbound calls! Other locations calls cannot be ‘missed’.
I can see that she made 2 Inbound Calls, and 1 Outbound call. Based on their call end times, the measure should correctly identify the call start times 8:59:34 & 8:59:36 as missed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
