Add Column->Extract, "last character"
"Apply & Close", then go to Report View
Create measures below
project number = SUM(Table1[Last Characters]) Measure = RANKX(FILTER(ALL(Table1),[Points]=SELECTEDVALUE(Table1[Points])),[project number],,ASC)
