Count duplicated rows as one if...

I need help with couting duplicated rows if there is data in at least one column.

As you can see in the date column there are duplicates. I want the date/hours to be counted only once, but only if there is data in  at least one of "Count 1", "Count 2" or "Count 3".

Thanks! I combined your answer with @amitchandak's answer by adding [Date] at the end so that it only counted the registration as one.

Flag1 = IF(([Count1] + [Count2] + [Count3])>0, [Date])

@trndlnd , Try  a measure like

Countrows(Summarize(filter(Table, [Count1] >0 || [Count2]>0 || [Count3]>0),Table[Date]))
