    Hi Al_Padrini ,

    Please try this:

    Measure = 
VAR __max_date = MAXX(ALLSELECTED('Date'[Date]),'Date'[Date])
VAR __result = COUNTROWS('Table') - CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table'),'Table'[Cease date]<=__max_date && 'Table'[Cease date]<> BLANK())
RETURN
__result
