Count active items (contrats) between two dates using groups

I have the duration of contracts, with start date and end date, and each of these contracts has other columns that detail who sold, which region...

I created a monthly calendar table to know the active contracts in each month, however this does not show me the amount of active contracts in each month having this subdivision with quantities by region, or by person who hired. 

I need to create a chart with these active contracts each month but that changes quantities when I move the filter by region, buyers, or any other characteristic that a contract may have.

Can someone help me? I have no idea.
