Count Free Slots in Gantt

Hi,

 

I have the following Problem/Idea that I want to solve with PBI, but I don’t know how to calculate it.

We have several Technicians that we dispatch with tickets for the next 10 days. Due to the fact that our WFM are not able to show all available Slots as a Number, I want to solve it with PBI.

I have a Query that delivers me all the Information’s about the Technicians Shifts and when they will start and End. I have also a query that shows me all Tasks that were planned for each Technician and Day.

Now I want to have da hourly/Daily Information how many 1 Hour and 2 Hour Slots are available for each Day, Technician and shift.

 

But I still don’t have an Idea how to start ? Can anybody give me a trigger how to solve it.

 

In case of GDPR I have modified an example of my Table and an Ganntt Image that show the free Slot that I would like to count.

 

 

 

 

 

I want to count the free slots between 14:00 - 16:00 and 13:00 - 15:00.

    BileMG few questions, minimum count unit is always hour, correct? what happens if there are continuous 3 hours time slot available? Does it broken down to 1 hour and 2hour or counted towards another bucked of 3 hours?

     

    It is surely a complex problem and would like to give it a try if you can provide a sample pbix, remove sensitive information before sharing
