Hey all,
Thank you in advance for the help.
The report I have is shown below (example at a very basic level. 231 total rows, 18 columns). How do I do a distinct count on this?
Resource | Resource title | date |
john smith | teacher | 7/1/2022 |
jojo rose | student | 7/1/2022 |
john smith | teacher | 8/1/2022 |
the result I want based on the table is 2. (1 John Smith and 1 Jojo Rose)

Hi, @samjr
You can add a calculated table like:
Table 2 = DISTINCT( ALLEXCEPT('Table','Table'[date]))
Then add a measure to count the table rows:
Count=COUNTROWS('Table 2')
