Count Columns based on "Correct", "Incorrect" or "Blank"

I have the following data and am trying to create calculated columns that count the number of corrects, incorrects and blanks. Please help!  Or maybe I should create a summarized table first? How!? Thanks!

I tried to many times but the dialog box gives me an "HTML detected" error over and over....
