I am relatively new to Power BI and need some help. I have a list of 4,000 calls for a call center. One of my columns is "Queue Time". I am trying to use DAX to count the number of calls that were between 0-30 secs, count calls between 31sec-1min, etc. The Queue Time column is formatted HH:MM:SS.
Failed-----VAR 0-30SEC =(COUNTAX(CSQ,[QUEUE TIME]) <=00:00:30)
I was able to Group by creating bins, but im afraid this won't be 100% accurate month over month. I'd like a formula in place if possible.

Try your same formula but change the right part to be
<= TIME(0,0,30)
