Count All Distinct Values Filtered by Another Value

I need to count all customers that have made only one order (invoice ID) in a given period (slicer) in Power BI.

I'm looking for a Dax formula.

Thanks in advance,

Below is some example data.

HI @Anonymous

Try this MEASURE

Measure =
COUNTX (
    FILTER (
        VALUES ( Table1[Customer ID] ),
        CALCULATE ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table1[Invoice ID] ) = 1 )
    ),
    1
)
