Couldn't find out Microsoft Azure Marketplace to get data in Power BI desktop

Hi All,

I am new to Power BI so pardon if this query comes off as a pretty basic one.

I need to implement Machine Translation in Power BI. Say Given any Input data, a specific column named "Comments" which can be in any language(Swedish, Spanish, etc..,)  My requirement is to translate that "Comments" Column into "English language" using Translator. I have found out that can be done with the help of Microsoft Azure Marketplace by referring the below video.

But my issue is, I could not able to find out Microsoft Azure Marketplace in Power BI to connect.. Should we need to enable that by some way ? How can we do that ? 

I have created an Azure account and subscribed to Translation Services for enabling Microsoft Azure Marketplace. But wanted to know how can we connect beween Power BI and Azure to get the Microsoft Azure Marketplace in the "Source" to connect to the "Microsoft Translator" and use that translator function to translate the data as required ?

Please share your thoughts on this.
Any pointers on this would be of great help!
