December.  These mdeols have been running for 5 years without anyone touching them so strange it suddenly started.  This path is definately not in thr queries as I've never heard of it.  So its doing some kind of backup while doing the refresh. Is there some setting that could be new in a updated version of desktop?  What is really odd is if i create in manaully the error clears immediately, but when you refresh the folder gets deleted.
