Hi all
I have severely limited PowerBI knowledge, but what i am looking to know at the minute is if it is possible to create a cost allocation model, whereby the below is the requirement:
Data table 1 - Cost lines (e.g. fuel), split by date
Data table 2 - Sales volumes split by sales person and date
What i want to do is take the total cost for each of the cost lines and allocate these to a sales person based on their volume of sales. This should be able to be changed for required date range (meaning the cost value, sales volume, and % apportioned would change with the date change)
Can something like the above be done?
Thanks for your help
David
