Copy format from Power BI visualization in one report to visualization in another report
- 2 years ago
Hi PatDools
Format painter working only in the same pbix.
There are a few other options to achieve your goal :
1. You can copy and paste the visual from the formatted pbix and then use a format painter.
(you will see a pasted visual like a grey square with an X, don't be afraid the formatting will still work)2. You can create a custom theme and use it on all reports.

Thank you for the clear response and showing how I can more efficiently move desired formattings from one visual or one report to another - much appreciated!
