Hi @soumyaiyer ,
To convert the matrix visual shown in your screenshot into a clustered bar and line chart in Power BI, you'll need to restructure the data and use appropriate chart combinations.

The matrix currently presents data by year, quarter, and month, breaking down the counts and percentages of "Met" and "Not Met" performance metrics. To build the clustered bar and line chart, start by unpivoting the data in Power Query so that the categories (e.g., "Met Count", "Not Met Count", "Met Percentage", etc.) become individual rows under a "Metric" column, with corresponding "Value" entries. In Power BI, use the clustered bar chart to represent the "Met Count" and "Not Met Count" side by side for each month, and overlay a line chart for "Met Percentage" (or both percentages if desired).

You’ll use the shared axis (Month or Date hierarchy) and assign different Y-axes: one for count and another for percentage. This visual combination allows for clear comparative analysis of performance counts alongside the rate at which targets were met or not met over time.
