I would like to know if it is possible to configure the data amounts, as follows:
Thousands (Mil) to Kilo (K)
Millions (Mi) to Mega (M)
Billions (Bi) to Giga (G)

I'm afraid currently there's no such built-in feature in power bi. As a workaround, you can create a calculate column using DAX function like format(), if that can't meet your requirement, you can manually construct your data format using functions like concatenate(), contains(), right(), left() and other text functions based on your senario.
