Control chart manually changing over time

Hi everyone,

Below is a chart that has two values I want to change on date/time. Dark blue and orange lines indicate control charts but I need them to change when data changes.

Now when data changes I want it to continue and not be a dot. I have to tables with dates, one is a day by day column and second one is a table with column showing when it was modified. Second one I'm showing below.

In summary what i want to achive is a chart like above but with lines like that:

That's not what issue is about, I'm having trouble with data beeing continuous. I've tried to come up with DAX function but it's still not working.
