Hello,
I need some help with this - if it is even possible. I have a column with timestamp and I want to make a control chart to show the average time as the line over the months. Then have 8am as the LCL and 8:30am as the UCL. Is this possible? The only way I could do it was by using decimals, and that's not very useful to show clients. Any help is appreciated!
@poogleshmoogle You should be able to present timestamps using Custom Format Strings. Check this out. Chelsie Eiden's Duration - Microsoft Power BI Community Otherwise, would need sample data, etc.
Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, but here's what my table looks like (minus all the other columns) First case = the timestamp the first case of that day was performed. I want to make a control chart, where I can plot month vs average first case time for that month. The only way I am being able to do that is by using decimals - but clients won't understand decimals. Is there a way to do it?
