Constant Line help

Hello,

I have this line chart with two constant lines to mark a specific date. You can see what it looks like based on this picture:

When I apply a slicer just for 'Fixed' then the constant line for 'Variable' goes away, which is what I want, as seen here:

 

My problem is when I apply a slicer for 'Variable', the 'Fixed' line is still there, which throws off the scaling of the line chart.

How can I get the line to go away when I apply a slicer?
