Connexion to Power Bi

Hi everybody !

I just want to know if is it possible to always be connected to Power Bi Desktop ?

Because when I open it and I want to publish my repport, I always need to enter my Microsoft ID and one time in two, an error appear like :

"An error has occured.

An error has occured. Contact your administrator for more informations. "

And a second error appear just after that :

"Impossible de connect

One or more errors occured."
