Connection using sharepoint in web
Hi All,
I have connected the ishare link with power bi using web, But when i edit the queries in backend it shows only first 30 rows but it has more than 200+ rows when has to be visble but it is showing only first 30+.
Is there any queries which need to be written or other connection type which has to be tried out ?

- AllisonKennedyCommunity ChampionI don't fully understand your question. Are you trying to connect to SharePoint list or folder?
If you are connecting to folder you will need to combine the binaries, after doing a filter on the folder path you want.

If you're connecting to a SharePoint list it should be showing you a preview of the rows in Power Query, but depending on the list setup you might have to extract the tables or pieces of info you need:

HI Allison,
I am training to connect using web and for sharpoint list and folder it doesn't work.
We have created a web form in sharepoint for a everyone who fills it.
So there are list of data of Hospitality but when i load the data using web in power bi it only shows first 30 rows and not more than that so i wanted to know how i can enable all the data from that link.
- AllisonKennedyCommunity ChampionI suspect this has to do with using the web connection rather than SharePoint, and therefore it is only seeing what it can in the view, so paginating the items in the list to show only 30 at a time, and therefore only loading the first 30 into Power BI.
If it is a SharePoint list, you should use the SharePoint List data source option to get the correct M code. Why does it not work for you to use this option? Maybe that is where the problem lies?
