The Web View displays the same result when we view the page in browser. But if the table contains web view, generally this table only return HTML elements instead of page data. You need to find the actual page URL which provides data to retrieve actual data. I assume the issue should be related to the specific web page or desktop version. You may try to update the Power BI desktop to the latest version.

v-alq-msft , I have an updated version of PBD, but It seems there is an issue with the browser compatibility. When I am trying to connect to web table view PBD doesn't show any table and in web view showing pop up to login to the help desk. I tried to login but it doesn't let me log in to help desk.
