Connecting to MYSQL DB on AWS Which can only be accessed through another server on AWS

Hi, 

I am trying to connect to a MySQL DB on AWS EC2 Server. But the problem is due to security restrictions it can only be accessed through another server on AWS. So I have to build a connection like below PowerBI - > AWS EC2 Dev Server -> AWS MySQL DB. 

Is it possible to do it? If so can you please help with any references?

@Jagan_MFilterIT , You need allow power bi access outside AWS(especially service). You can have a remote machine with a power bi desktop and do the development work in power bi.

Later for Power bi data gateway you have to open port outside cloud so that you can view data on power bi service.

You can use a single machine for data gateway and power bi desktop. This machine should able to communicate inside and outside AWS
