Connect two datasets (SharePoint file & Semantic Model) and show all info/ data

I'm trying to connect two datasets (SharePoint file & Semantic Mode). After creating a relationship and creating a table -- I notice the table filters down based on while dataset has the least amount of info. For instance the "Notes" file in SharePoint only has 1 line, that shows "Testing testing" & the dataset "pqErpPODetail" has multiple lines. The top example shows all the article numbers showing but the bottom example shows it's been filtered down.

Hoping this is an easy fix. I tried changing the "Cardinality" & "Cross-filter direction" and I've gotten nowhere.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Regarding your question, you should be working with a composite model, which is a limited relationship. When you create a table-to-table relationship, it performs an operation similar to an inner join, i.e. it only gets the intersection of the two tables.

Table expansion never occurs for limited relationships. Table joins are achieved by using semantics, and for this reason, blank virtual rows aren't added to compensate for referential integrity violations.

Please read the following documentation for more details(Limited relationship component).

We will need to see sample data from each table, and explanation of, or screenshot of, the relationship between the two tables.
