Connect two (2) dashboards/page
Greeting everyone.
I have 2 dashboard/page and I need your help on connecting the 2 dashboard/page. Below I provide informations on my dashboards/pages.
Dashboard/Pages 1 (General) *screenshot provided with redacted information
- Consists of overview informations that provide ALL student info like what levels they are in, etc.
- ALL students = +- 1k students.
- Consists of other visuals like donut chart, etc.
Dashboard/Pages 2 (Detailed) *screenshot provided with redacted information
- Able to select a student from slicer.
- Consists of detailed information of selected student.
- Can only represent ONE student at ONE time.
QUESTION: Is there a way to make it when a student is selected in the table from General Dashboard/Page, I can navigate to the Detailed Dashboard/Page for detailed information about that selected student?
Additional Explanation: I want the Detailed Dashboard/Page display me the detailed information of the selected student in General Dashboard/Page without the need for me to manually select the student from the slicer in Detailed Dashboard/Page.

it should work if the second page is a drill through page on the student field and they're in the same power bi file bas different pages.

Hello Jane_D ,
they should both be in a power bi file, and you create a drill through report where you drill through by student but this will happen when viewing a report not in a dashboard.
in a dashboard you onlu pin visuals or reports to see them together.
Both of it is a power Bi file. Just its in different pages. In your opinion, is it not possible for me select a student in the slicer on the General Page, then the visuals on the Detail Page will automatically update to show detailed information for the selected student?
