Hi,
I am trying to pull a report together from 21 separated sites we have on our SharePoint. The way it's set up is we have a documents library and an archive folder within that.
Content is auto archived based on content type and retention policy and essentially what I want to do is connect to the archive folder so I can run a report on all archived content across the 21 sites.
As far as I know I will have to load the data separately from each of the sites but I can't seem to find a way of connecting to the archive folders within the document library and the site pages which will also have an archive folder.
The report I want to run is to show items that are coming up for deletion or have passed the deletion date.
Essentially I just need to know how to connect to the archived folder?
Thanks

Hi @NitroMDX ,
Try connecting to a site first.
Power Query SharePoint folder connector - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
Then create a new parameter:
Replace 'sitename1' with the parameter 'SITENAME' you just created.
Right-click on the query and select Create Function.
Then introduce a table where you need to place the names of the 21 sites.
Add column --> Invoke custom function
After successfully fetching the data from the site, you can expand the table to further transform the data.
