Connect to Oracle Database

I have installed Oracle Client 64 bit as advised on the microsoft document and I am trying to connect to the oracle database and it still won't work. 

Any assistance would be appreicated.

@Anonymous , after installing the driver give here, make sure you add path to env variable

what all need to be installed is there in the read me in the zip of driver. Follow all steps. after the install path to windows.
