Connect microsoft teams voice data to power bi.

Hi, I want to connect call queue and auto attendant data from microsoft teams voice section to power bi.

Power bi provides the built-in templates but they show only one month data but I need the complete data for historical anaylsis.

Kindly let me know how to do that.

Hi @Anonymous,

I'd like to suggest you check the backend query tables if any filter or query parameter that limited on the received records ranges. If they existed in the query table, you could modify them to getting more records.

If not, this should mean the API only trace the recently records. You may need to export the data to a temp database to collection the history records and getting data from that database.( power bi does not include any historical data features)
