Connect-PowerBI with Master account using .NET 6 throwing SSL connection could not be established.

I am trying to connect  PowerBI Online with Mater account using .NET 6.

Below is the code which am using

scopes = { "https://analysis.windows.net/powerbi/api/.default" };

Class libary:Microsoft.Identity.Client

Method Name:authenticationResult = clientApp.AcquireTokenByUsernamePassword(scopes, "userName", password).ExecuteAsync().GetAwaiter().GetResult();

getting the below errors.

The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

Note: .net framework 4.8,it's working fine.

This error doesn't seem to be related to Power BI?
