Hi @kcruz220993 ,

You want to search for an exact value in a parameter in Power BI, but the default search option shows you all the values that contain any of the digits you entered. Unfortunately, there is no built-in option to change the search behavior of a parameter in Power BI. The search option always performs a partial match, not an exact match. Please have a try.

  • Use a slicer instead of a parameter: A slicer is a visual that lets you filter data in a report by selecting one or more values from a list. You can use a slicer to display the values of your parameter and enable the search option. Unlike the parameter search, the slicer search allows you to use quotation marks to specify an exact match. For example, if you enter "48,000" in the slicer search box, it will only show you the value 48,000 and not any other values that contain 48.
