Conditionally format the text color of a matrix row

Can I conditionally format the text color of a matrix row based another column values being Success or Failed?  The Country column in this case.

You cannot do that with the standard visual.  If this is important to you please consider voting for an existing idea or raising a new one at https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com
