I am trying to make the data lables next to the Gantt bar to be bold under conditions where the label contains certain words, like "Confirmed."
While simple enough in concept, I can't seem to find a way to do this.

Hi, I feel your pain, was looking for the same option a day or two ago. My understanding is there is not a way to do this in PowerBI currently (perhaps because "Bold" is not one of the options in the normal conditional formatting rules screen?).
I did find this thread where someone mentioned trying different font families, but I couldn't tell you how to impliment it, or if it works. Just putting it here in case it can be helpful to you:
