Conditional tooltip on matrix 

I  have one matrix visual where we shown count of subcategories by m3 conditions. for each column we have return a measure and wanted to show subcategory name in tooltip as per 3 different measure count.

Plz help if know the answer

what if there is no relationship between my measure values and the subcategory table? which subcategory list I wanted to show on each count
