Conditional formatting with symbols - Negative values

Hi all,

I have a question about conditional formatting with symbols. I would like to apply this to a % variance in particular a negative variance so -3% to +3% is green. However, I can't display this and I get a negative entered value directly outlined in red and I can't apply this. What is the reason for this? There are deviations in the negative range after all. I also can not enter: is equal to 0 and less than -3% e.g. Anyone has any idea here?

Thank you and many thanks for the response.

Regards,

Ahsan

@Anonymous if you have already calculated a percent in a measure, change percent to number and change value -3 to -0.03 is 3%, and so on .
