Conditional formatting with multiple conditions in matrix

Hello,

I'm looking for a solution or workaround for a conditional formatting issue.

I have a matrix that calculates case count and percentage based on status (compliant or open violation). I need to apply conditional formation to the columns, with different critera for each status. For example, for 'Compliant' values, any case percentage below 40 will be red. For open violation columns, any case percentage above 60 will be green.

Is this possible? If not, any ideas for a work around?
