Hello,
first of all, sorry for "Czech" language location of PBI Desktop, but I think you can understand it.
I have in desktop column with name "ordernumber" and my goal is to make the background colour based on the column "check_NO". The value of this column is visible in picture below and is green or red.
To be honest I don't really know why the colour is sometimes green if the value is "green" and sometimes is withouc colour and the same is also for the red colour. Don't you have any idea why? The "ordernumber" and "check_NO" columns are in the same data table. What is wrong?
Thank you for your tips where to look ...

to do a condicional format, you need a comparation of values, in this case, the fild is the fist value, this isn't correct, try change to based in rules, or use a mensure or column like sum of sales, etc...
Thanks for the reply from LeandroDeodato , please allow me to provide another insight:
Hi, @Gandhary80
Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.First I have created the following table and the column names and data are the data you have given:
2.Second, you can find the following locations in the visualization settings:
3.Then modify the settings:
4.Here's my final result, which I hope meets your requirements.
5.Here is the relevant documentation:
Apply conditional table formatting in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
Please find the attached pbix relevant to the case.
Of course, if you have any new ideas, you are welcome to contact us.

Leroy Lu
