Conditional formatting of Category labels

I have a scatter plot with 100 points on it. I have the category labels present. Is there a way to do conditional formatting on the font colour of the category labels? I do not see an option

Based on my research, it seems it's not supported to do conditional formatting on the font colour of the category labels for scatter chart. For your requirement, you may submit an idea here.
