Conditional formatting in Matrix visual for column and measure

 Hi all,

The buseness requirement is to show the calculated column value and measure in Matrix visual only. by applying background colour.

when I adding column value in Rows the conditonal formatting is not visible. 

the Column - Last actual year( Pls refer below screenshot)

when I add last actual year column in Matrix visual under values the data not visible 

any ideas and suggestions Please ?

@Anonymous , if you are looking for conditional formatting on the row column of the matrix is not supported as of now.
