Conditional formatting for the background

Hi,

1.I have a threshold value say 1, if the value are falling <1 the background should be in red and if the value falls >1 the background should turn green.

2.And is there any option of showing an indicator kind of symbol for the value that comes.

3.Finally according to my values both the background and the indicator should work dynamically.

Thanks in Advance.

@Vaishnavi_M Currently in power bi conditional formatting is only allowed for tables, see this link. So you wont be able to have conditional formatting background for the visual. KPI visual can be a good alternative to your requirement of showing up or down arrow.
