Conditional formatting for column chart is not working properly

Hi everyone,  I am facing an unusual issue in applying conditional formatting for column chart. I have attached below the images for your reference.

This is the column chart I have created

And this is the rules I have given

  •  This is the outcome I get. But as per the rules wk 12 and wk13 shud be orange. Please enlighten me on this like why does this happen.

    Thank you all .

hi @prv_1401

0.13 is orange, because 0.13 > 0.26*20%

in the conditional format rule setting, 100% is not 1, but 100% of the max value, which is 0.26 in your case.

hi @prv_1401

  • No. I manually entered data in format like 0.05 so when I convert to percentage it is 5%.

So it's manually entered data.

When I keep the data type as whole number. The columns are not shown and when checked on data pane the values are changed to 0% for all weeks.

Could you check the data type AND format of bLOCKEDI? Let me know if it's on Whole number and Percentage. Thanks!

Its Decimal number and percentage

p.s you can check this by clicking on the column in the right hand side "fields" pane then look at the top ribbon in "Column tools".

It should tell you both the format and data type there 🙂
