Conditional formatting color for values with "p.p"

Hi everyone,

I've created a table with multiple measures, but I want the value to be with "p.p" after it, so the measure is:

X YoY% =
VAR __PREV_YEAR = CALCULATE([X], DATESBETWEEN('Calendar'[Date],date(2022,01,01),date(2022,12,31)))
VAR Y=
([X]- __PREV_YEAR)*100

RETURN format(Y, "# p.p.")

I want it like the 4th row for every rows, by p.p. and not %

And I want to make it green if > 0 or red if <0 , however,
I have more than 20 measures, and do not want to create another 20 measures just for conditional formating. Is there a simpler way to do it?

Thank you!

@Anonymous you can use dynamic formatting to control the look and feel and also create a measure for the color for condition formatting.  From Thousands to Billions: The Power of Dynamic Formatting in Power BI - April 2023 Power BI Update - YouTube

Hi @parry2k,

Thank you so much. However, I do not have that option for dynamic:
