Hi everyone, I need your help, google and chatgpt said there is no function like this in Power BI but I can't believe that.
I want to create a clustered column graph that has a conditional formatting on the columns. I'm working with issues created and resolved in a Jira project (with only two issue types) and I want to paint in a different color part of the column that refers to issues created with Issue type A and the rest of the column with issue type B, so for me to know of the total of issues created/resolved how much is from each issue type.
I found that stacked column has this feature, but I cannot have more than one column for each month in the graph. For example, the picture below only shows issues created, and I want a column next to that one in the same month that reflects issues resolved but adding more measures to the y-axis only adds more data in the same column. I google and use ChatGPT for conditional formatting and the only solutions that I found was this stacked column, and an option that was "Data Colors" that's no longer available and I found nothing on conditional formatting.
I need the Dark blue and Dark purple to be in the same column and the light blue and light purple on the same one as well, so instead of having 4 columns, only have 2.
Thanks and regards.
Please share the dummy PBIX file .
Hi @JuanMartin
According to your description, the functionality you need is not conditional formatting, but the grouping stacked column chart .
Please refer to the linked video guide for the workaround to achieve it...
