Conditional formating on percentage mesure

Hello!

I need to put conditional formatting on a percentage measure. I can not do it, if I write minimum value 1, all the values appear in the same format.
Can you make values above 100% in red?
Thanks

Use Diverging in your custom formatting. Use a minimum of 0, use a middle of .99 and use a High of 1
