Conditional formating in matrix

In this Matrix i want to apply conditional Formatting for amount column if my particular is for exmple Gross Profit ,other income or revenue then i want to show uparrow if any of this subcategory vales are greater in column Upto Jun-24 than in Upto Jun-23 
else downarrow if value of Upto Jun-23 is greater  than UptoJun-24 
and for other categories like for exmple dierect Expence if value of Upto Jun-24 is greater then i want to show downArrow  else if Upto Jun-23 is greater than upto Jun-24  then Uparrow 
i have tried creating multiple measures keeping filter on period column to compare values but i am geting wrong result can anypne help me creating a measure that i can use to apply conditional formatting in this visual
