Solution = IF ( PATHLENGTH ( PATH ( Table1[Global ID], Table1[Supervisor ID] ) ) = 1, BLANK (), IF ( CALCULATE ( COUNTROWS ( Table1 ), ALL ( Table1 ), Table1[Supervisor ID] = EARLIER ( Table1[Global ID] ) ) = 0, "Below Manager", "Manager" ) )
